A professor at the University of Paris School of Medicine, Gregory holds the Chair of Innovation & Value in Health. He is the academic director of the EU report Implementing Value-Based Health Care in Europe: Handbook for Pioneers (2020). A member of the French Academy of Surgery, he also served over 15 years as director of research & innovation at leading hospital groups in Europe.

Cécile is an MSc pharmacologist with a degree in epidemiology and has been conducting studies for over 20 years, particularly in oncology, haematology and on transformations of the healthcare system. She has collaborated with the assurance maladie (the French national payer), patient associations and the health industry. Her mission at PromTime is to coordinate the implementation of VBHC ecosystems in orthopaedics.

Engineer in service integration and software development, Jérémie is the Chief Technical Officer of PromTime. After more than 20 years of experience in digital at Orange and then in startups, he was a developer, entrepreneur, trainer, and CTO. Today, his mission at PromTime is to guide the development team to guarantee the platform's quality, maintenance, and security as it evolves.

Since 2022, Caroline is Human Resources Manager at PromTime. She coordinates the growth of the PromTime team, particularly in terms of recruitment, integration and training, while guaranteeing the HR legal framework. A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, Caroline has piloted many social, legal and organizational issues as HR Manager. In 2021, she created Tandem, a consulting firm that supports middle and small size companies in a very operational way on all their HR issues.

An economist by training, Damien is Data Scientist at PromTime. His transversal mission touches upon the harmonization of international data dictionaries, the regulatory framework applied to personal data, as well as data analysis visualization.

Fanny is a full stack developer at PromTime. After working in start-ups and larger companies, she chose to join PromTime to make a real impact through her work. Her main missions are to design, develop and maintain applications for patients and healthcare professionals. Her field of intervention extends from web or mobile applications to APIs and other back-end services that PromTime implements.
